Once you have selected the Karolina hotel & Conference Center as your meeting site, a conference planner will be assigned to your group and serve as your primary source of information and assistance throughout the planning of your conference. Based upon the uniqueness of your meeting, your conference consultant will make recommendations and arrangements for the appropriate meeting room set-ups, the use and coordination of audio-visual equipment, recreation, transportation needs and any other special events. During your meeting, your conference consultant will be on site for all of your planned events and readily available to implement any changes or handle any additional requests.
Attendants will assist with any last minute changes, photocopying, telefaxing and administrative services you need during your meeting. |
